Docomo, Disney Launch Smartphones in Japan

Japan's leading mobile operator Docomo and Walt Disney (Japan) have jointly launched 2 new Android smartphones under a new brand ‘Disney Mobile on Docomo’ in Japan. The brand will release the two handsets in February and March, which will be available in Japan only.

The android smartphones F-08D and P-05D will enable users to have a unique Disney experience through its content like full length animations, live wallpapers, games and apps.

Launching in February, the F-08D is equipped with 1.2 GHz dual core CPU, 4.3 inch HD display and dual camera featuring a waterproof/dustproof design with sparkling silhouettes of Mickey and Minnie Mouse.

The P-05D on the other hand will launch in March. Sporting a 4.3 inch organic EL display powered by 1GHz dual core CPU, the handset comes with two customizable Disney jackets.

The smartphones developed by the two companies will be sold by Docomo.
