Arizona: Fourth Annual Turkey Trot in Maricopa on Nov. 24

Walkers and families can participate in the fourth annual Maricopa Turkey Trot, which will be held at Pacana Park, Maricopa, Arizona on November 24, 2011.

The event will include a 1-mile family fun run as well as a 5K run (3.1 miles). The event is free for everyone, but participants are encouraged to donate one or more non-perishable food items to replenish the local food bank, F.O.R.

Registration begins at 7 a.m. and the race starts at 8 a.m.
