US Rapper Snoop Dogg Changes His Name to Snoop Lion

American rapper Snoop Dogg, whose real name is Calvin Broadus Jr, has changed his name into Snoop Lion believing that he is Bob Marley reincarnation and is embracing reggae instead of Hip-Hop, that the world know him for.

The 40-year-old controversial rapper said he was 'born again' during a visit to Jamaica in February, and is ready to make music that his 'kids and grandparents' can listen to.

The former gangster rapper is releasing a reggae album called “Reincarnated” in the fall.
