Fiat launched a limited edition Punto Sport in Pune. The car is powered by the same 1.3 multijet diesel engine in the top of the line Punto. It makes 93PS and 208Nm of torque. The car will cost Rs 7,58,766 ex-Mumbai showroom.Fiat Punto Sport will be available in red, white and black colors and have a neat sports stripe down the side with another matching decal on the hatch displaying the sport decal. This is topped off with a chrome exhaust tip wrapping up the external changes to the car. Interiors have also received a few sporty touches like metallic pedals, metallic doorsill displaying the Punto logo and red stitching on the seats.
Fiat also inaugurated their second Fiat Caffe in Pune. The Caffe was also the venue for the launch of the Punto Sport. Fiat has 12 such caffes across the globe and India is the only country to have two such caffes, the first caff being in Delhi. The Caff is designed in line with the brand's value for technology and style and aims to give the Fiat experience to customers.
