Aus: Great Ocean Road Marathon 2012 in Victoria From May 19–20

The 2012 Great Ocean Road International Marathon — Festival of Running, Walking and Wheeling — will be held on the weekend of May 19–20, 2012.

The five-race concept caters for runners, walkers and wheelchair participants of all ages and abilities over two days.

The Great Ocean Road Real Estate Marathon will be held on Sunday, May 20, starting at 8 am in Lorne and finishing in Apollo Bay. The Fagg's Mite 10 Half Marathon will also be held on Sunday, starting at 8 am from Kennett River and finishing in Apollo Bay.

The road from Lorne to Apollo Bay provides the most spectacular and challenging course of any marathon in the world.
