AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company is a JV between AEGON (26% stake), pension and investment company; Religare Enterprise (44%), a global financial services group; and Bennett, Coleman & company (30%), part of Times Group.
However, AEGON denied of any such plans to exit from its insurance JV with Religare and India.
Launched in 2008, AEGON Religare offers life insurance and pension plans. The company offers protection, savings, child, and retirement plans. It serves customers in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
