Arsene Wenger's Arsenal threw-away a golden opportunity to top Group B after surrendering a 2-0 lead against Schalke 04, Gunners were eventually held 2-2 by the German side in their Champions League Group B match played at Veltins-Arena on November 7.
Arsenal started the match with a bang and were cruising 2-0 by the 26 minute through Theo Walcott and Olivier Giroud goals silencing over 54,000 home fans at the Veltins-Arena. Huntelaar got one back for the hosts in first-half stoppage time and Jefferson Farfan completed the come-back for the German outfit after his shot was deflected in by Vermaelen in the 67 minute.
Schalke 04 still leads Group B with 8 points from 4 matches.
