La Liga: Ronaldo, Higuain Brace in Madrid 5-0 Thrashing of Mallorca

Jose Mourinho's men have cut Barcelona lead in the La Liga back to eight points with a 5-0 thrashing of Mallorca at Iberostar Estadi on October 29, 2012. Both Cristiano Ronaldo and Gonzalo Higuain scored a brace for Los Blancos'.

Higuain started the goal-fest for Real Madrid in the eight minutes while Ronaldo took 22 minute to score his first of the night. Both Ronaldo and Gonzalo Higuain completed their brace in the second half. Callejon completed the rout in the 90+1 minute with a simple tap-in from a Ozil's pass.

Real Madrid are fourth in the La Liga standing with 17 points after this win.
