La Liga: Atletico Madrid Beat Osasuna 3-1; Stays on Par With Barcelona

Columbian goal scoring-machine Radamel Falcao scored his 10th league goal of the season as Atletico Madrid beat Osasuna 3-1 at Estadio Vicente Calderon on October 29. This was Falcao’s 17 goals in 11 consecutive games in all competitions.

Miranda and Raul Garcia scored the other two goals for Diego Simeone’s men while Roland Lamah found the net for Osasuna. With this win, Atletico Madrid stays level on points with Barcelona at the top of Primera Division.

In another La Liga match played, Getafe won 2-1 at Athletic Bilbao and there were home wins for Zaragoza and Levante.
