International Buddhist Conclave 2012 in Varanasi From Sept. 29–30

Uttar Pradesh will host a two-day international Buddhist conference in Varanasi from Sept. 29–30, 2012.

Aimed at promoting tourism on the Buddhist circuit, the conclave is expected to promote the state's Buddhist circuit.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav will inaugurate the two-day event.
