IPL’s franchise Kolkata Knights Riders co-owner and Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has been banned from entering the Wankhede stadium, Mumbai for a period of five years on May 18, 2012.
The superstar allegedly misbehaved with Mumbai Cricket Association security guards and cricket officials at the Wankhede stadium on May 16, 2012. The Mumbai Police has also registered a case of non-cognisable offence against the actor.
This is a message for everyone... if anybody behaves like this, action will be taken, says Mumbai Cricket Association chief Vilasrao Deshmukh.
