Amid all the fracas of petrol prices being hiked by Rs 7.50 per liter, Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors and Hyundai Motor have announced discounts of up to Rs 50,000 on petrol models for a limited period.
While Maruti Suzuki has offered Rs 30K discount on its Alto, Tata Motors is giving rebate ranging between Rs 10,000 and Rs 50,000 on petrol variants of Indica & Indigo family.
Hyundai Motor is giving discounts of up to Rs 3,000 on its entire range of petrol models under a "Petrol Price Lock Assurance" scheme, the scheme will continue till May 31. Customers will be offered discounts on the petrol models of the Eon, Santro, i10, i20, Accent and Verna.
It's a nice news, thanks for sharing this news, I want to share a news regarding Hyundai as- Hyundai India is going to offer the Verna Fluidic in cheap and automatic diesel variants. Today, majority of the consumers believe that the top end variants are the only ones being offered with automatic transmission which makes then way too expensive and in reality in the sub 20 lakh segment only petrol variants are bestowed with the automatic transmission. Hyundai’s strategy is completely in accordance with the sentiments of the car buyers which restrict them from buying automatic cars.
