The seventh edition of the Culinary Art India organized by Hospitality First and India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO) kicks off in New Delhi from March 12-16, 2012.
In this fest, chefs from across the country would be judged on their ability to dish up recipes and present them in innovative ways.
The main aim of the event is to establish a platform where people with culinary skills can display their individual and combined skills, creative talent, learn, share experiences in a competitive environment.
The five day event will showcase live and display based culinary competitions by individuals and teams from leading hotels and restaurants of the country. Each competition category is called a "class."
