Lady Gaga, Oprah Winfrey Shake Hands for Charity Foundation at Harvard Varsity

Lady Gaga is all set to unveil her Born This Way foundation at the Harvard University alongwith Oprah Winfrey.

The foundation is scheduled to be launched on February 29, 2012 to tackle the issues that Gaga addresses in the song's lyrics: "self-confidence, well-being, anti-bullying, mentoring and career development through research, education and advocacy."

Other attendees and speakers at the event include Deepak Chopra and the US Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius.

The Born This Way Foundation is a joint effort between the John D & Catherine T MacArthur Foundation, the California Endowment and the Berkman Center at Harvard, with an aim to fostering "a new culture of kindness, bravery, acceptance and empowerment."
