French automobile major Renault's Indian subsidiary raised the price of its compact premium car Pulse on Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012 by Rs 11,000 to offset rising input costs.
The vehicle was launched in January this year during the Delhi Auto Expo with an introductory price of Rs 5.77 lakh (ex-showroom New Delhi).
The company said it had received good response for the car which is powered by 1.5 liter, dCi (diesel) engine.
Currently, the company offers three vehicles in India including premium sedan Fluence and premium sports utility vehicle (SUV) Koleos.
