Ali Zafar to Perform in Mumbai on Feb. 24

Dashing Pakistani singer/actor Ali Zafar is scheduled to perform at a live concert in Bandra, Mumbai on February 24, 2012 from 6 pm onward.

Ali Zafar tweeted, “I am performing live at the Bandra Fort Mumbai on the 24th, 6 pm onward. Will sing as many songs as you want me to.”

The actor sang ‘Madhubala’ from ‘Mere Brother ki Dulhan’ which topped the Bollywood charts last year. He recently composed, wrote and voiced the tracks for his upcoming movie ‘London Paris New York.’

Known as the prince of pop in Pakistan, Zafar rose to fame in 2003 with the song ‘Channo.’ He started his singing career with the song ‘Jugnuon Se Bhar Le Aanchal’ in the Pakistani film ‘Shararat.’ He made his acting debut in Indian film ‘Tere Bin Laden’ in 2010 and also wrote and directed his second film ‘Mere Brother ki Dulhan.’
