Odisha Premier League-II to Start From April 1–22; Seven Teams to Participate

The second edition of the Odisha Premier League (OPL-II) Twenty20 Tournament will be held at Barabati Stadium, Cuttack, Odisha from April 1–22, 2012.

Seven teams will participate in this famous local T20 event. Teams will be divided in two groups. Players strength in each team will be 16 including Graded and Catchment area players.

Spending limit for players for each team in the auction is Rs 10 lakhs. In the earlier league, it was Rs 8 lakhs.

Prize money for OPL-II:

Champion: Rs 5 lakhs
Runners-up: Rs 3 lakhs
Third place: Rs 1 lakh
Fourth place: Rs 50,000
