Gujarat to Launch India's First Paragliding Event From Dec. 25–31

Gujarat to organize India's first tandem flying paragliding event in Saputara hills from December 25 to 31, 2011.

In addition to paragliding, many special activities and demonstrations like para-plane, para-sailing, water sports, artificial climbing have been planned to provide tourists, visitors and families for a wholesome experience.

The participation for this event is open to amateurs and professionals. Anyone who is above 40 kg and below 90 kg of weight and physically and mentally fit can participate.
