The 31st edition of India International Trade Fair (IITF) kicked off at Delhi’s Pragati Maidan. The event is scheduled from November 14 to 27, 2011 between 9.30 am and 7.30 pm.
This year around 7500 exhibitors are expected to participate in the fair. Corporate houses from all over the world come in this fair and business deal are finalized. This fair is also a major tourist attraction and millions of people visit the fair which ends after thirteen days.
IITF is the single platform that showcases handicrafts and consumer goods from different parts of India. Also, latest products from various industries, like telecom, computer (Software/Hardware), automobiles, jewelery, leather, handicrafts, electronics, engineering, food, furniture, furnishings and many more.
International exhibitors also participate in the IITF. Traders, importers/exporters and manufacturers display their ultimate products. IITF is a perfect platform to showcase their latest products.
The fair will open on November 14 for business visitors only. For general visitors the fair will be open from November 19.
The company seats in IITF will cost Rs 400/per day. Price of ticket for general public is Rs 40/adult and Rs 20/child during week days. During weekends and holidays, the entry fee will be Rs 60/adult and Rs 30/child.
Entry to the fair is available from Gate No. 1, 2, 5, 7, 10.
