Delhi Half Marathon Concludes; Kenya's Kabuu, Ethiopia's Lilesa Win

The Airtel Delhi Half Marathon was flagged off from the Jawahar Lal Nehru stadium in New Delhi on Sunday, Nov. 27, 2011.

Ethiopia's Seyisa Lilesa won the marathon in men's section with a timing of 59:29 minutes and Kenya's Lucy Kabuu grabbed the women's title with a timing of 67:04 minutes.

This is the seventh edition of the Airtel Delhi Half Marathon and over 30,000 people participated in various sub-events. Over 40 athletes took part in the run.

Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan and Bipasha Basu, accompanied by Sports Minister Ajay Maken flagged off Delhi Half Marathon on Sunday morning.
