All India Police Games Begins in New Delhi

The five-day All India Police Games begins in New Delhi. Around 1,500 police sportsperson will participate in the event from March 26-30, 2012.

The indoor games like boxing, gymnastics, judo and wrestling (KD Jadhav hall) will be played at Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium and the weightlifting action will be held at the Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium.

The Games will see participation of 31 teams – seven from para-military and 24 from state and union territories police forces.
