Rose Petal Lahore International Children's Film Festival kicks off at Cinepax Cinemas, in Jinnah Park, Rawalpindi Cantt, Islamabad from October 31–November 4, 2011.
More than 80 children's films from 26 countries will be screened in this year’s festival. Since its inception, the festival has screened over 350 films from nearly 35 countries, to over 35,000 children in Lahore and Gilgit Baltistan.
The Lahore International Children’s Film Festival was introduced in 2008 for children and young people and since then, the festival has proved to be a success.
The festival has become one of the premier children´s film festivals in Pakistan. It provides a platform for all to come and experience the amazing short and feature films, documentaries and animations from around the world.
