Photos have emerged of 18-year-old Justin Bieber smoking what looks a lot like a marijuana cigarette at a big party inside a Newport Beach hotel room on Jan. 2, 2013.
According to TMZ, the snaps of Bieber holding an alleged blunt and laughing with friends, including 19-year-old rapper Lil Twist, was clicked by a paparazzo. According to sources, Lil Twist and his brother were the ones dishing out the pot to guests.
After the photos surfaced, Bieber took to his Twitter to issue an apology of sorts.
