A French actress by the name of Eva Ionesco has sued her own mother Irina Ionesco, a well-known 1970s erotic photograph, for taking pictures of her in nude when she was between four and 12 and publishing them in Playboy and other erotic publications. Eva was the youngest model to appear nude in Playboy aged 11 in an October 1976 edition.
The 47-year-old actress said she had suffered a 'stolen childhood' because of the photographs. A Paris court has ordered Ionesco to hand over negatives of the pictures and pay 10,000 euros in damages to her daughter Eva.
Eva Ionesco has Roman Polanski's flick ‘The Tenant’ (1976) as an actress to her credit.
