‘Breaking myth’ will be the theme of the second edition of the Guwahati International Short Film Festival (GISFF), which is scheduled to begin from May 4–6, 2012 in Guwahati, Assam.
Organizers Creovaent Productions announced the call for entries from around the world for competitive and non-competitive sections of the three-day festival.
The non-competitive sections include World Kaleidoscope and Indian Kaleidoscope while the competitive sections will have Northeast Shorts Competition (open only for filmmakers from India's northeast states) and National Mobile Phone Short Filmmaking Contest.
This year, the GISFF has included a special audience award for its non-competitive sections that include World and Indian Kaleidoscope.
