EPL: Mario Balotelli Becomes Father as Ex-GF Gives Birth to Baby Girl

Controversy favorite footballer Manchester City Italian striker Mario Balotelli (22) has become a father for the first time after his on and off girlfriend underwear model Raffaella Fico gave birth to a baby girl on December 5.

Raffaella and Balotelli split up in April 2012 after he was caught two-timing her with other girls. Balotelli had initially refused to accept the baby was his and demanded a DNA test. Their current relationship status is unknown.

Balotelli joined mega-rich Manchester City from Inter Milan for €22 million in 2010.
