Shah Rukh Khan who plays the lead in this film, is excited and happy about the first musical track of the film, 'Challa,' which released on Oct. 1, 2012. The actor tweeted to his fans saying, "Challa will be out on the Oct 1 (Monday). Looking forward to it, haven't seen it since we finished shooting it.”
The song features Shah Rukh Khan seen alone, strumming a guitar on a sufi song. Composed by AR Rahman and written by Gulzar, this sufi song is sung by the 'Bulla Ki Jaana' fame singer, Rabbi Shergill.
