Kate Middleton Sues French Magazine Over Topless Photos

French magazine Closer dared to publish topless photos of Kate Middleton and Prince William taken while the couple were sunbathing in privacy in Malaysia. The couple has begun a lawsuit.

The blurry but still-sexy snaps, taken poolside last week during “a very hot holiday” at a chateau in the Provence region, also showed Prince William applying sunscreen to the Duchess of Cambridge’s regal derriere.

Outraged, Buckingham Palace called it a “grotesque” invasion of privacy and the couple announced it would sue the magazine.
