French Magazine to Publish Topless Pics of Kate Middleton

French tabloid magazine Closer is all-set to publish topless pictures of Kate Middleton (30) in its latest issue, which is due to hit the stands on Sept. 15, 2012.

The tabloid has allegedly bought the photographs of the Duchess sunbaking topless while on a private holiday with hubby Prince William at Chateau d'Autet in the Luberon region of France.

Kate and Prince William are currently in Malaysia as part of the Diamond Jubilee tour.
