Liverpool outcast Andy Carroll (23), who became Britain's most expensive footballer after Liverpool paid Newcastle £35 million in January 2011 for his service, has joined newly-promoted side West Ham on season-long loan move.
West Ham will pay a £1.5 million loan fee to Liverpool and a £80,000-per-week wages to the England striker.
Andy Carroll has scored just six Premier League goals during his short stay at Anfield.
West Ham will sign Carroll for £18 million on a permanent transfer next summer if they avoid relegation this season.
