West Bengal to Set Up 4 Hardware Hubs

Four hardware hubs with 60 units each will be set up in West Bengal, the government said.

The hubs would come up at Sonarpur in South 24 Parganas, Kalyani in Nadia and Bolpur in Birbhum and at West Midnapore.

An expert committee drawing up the policy includes NR Narayana Murthy, the Infosys co-founder, and Sam Pitroda, adviser to the prime minister on public information, infrastructure and innovations.
