Thirty-eight table tennis players in the Andhra Pradesh will be provided with intensive training during a ten-day summer coaching camp.
V Bhaskar Ram, President of AP Table Tennis Association told this on the concluding day of the camp, adding that the intention behind the move was to promote the sport in the rural parts of the Andhra Pradesh.
National champion and Arjuna Awardee Kamlesh Mehta said they had provided intensive coaching to the participants and the state of Andhra Pradesh has a good potential in the table tennis sport.
He also appreciated the association's efforts for the promotion of the sport in the AP.
