The Kerala Press Academy (KPA) is geared up to host a workshop on Right to Information (RTI) Act in six regions in the State separately from next month.
This is the first such workshop on 'RTI and media,' aimed at creating awareness among the media persons on the Act.
Union Minister of State for Energy KC Venugopal would inaugurate the event organized in association with the Calicut and Wayanad Press Clubs.
Advocate Maria, Kannur DIG S Sreejith, RTI Federation General Secretary DB Binu and CHRI Consultant Sharafuddin, among others, would speak on various topics.
