French Musician Monsieur Untel’s Concert in Kerala on Jan. 13

A very original music concert by Monsieur Untel is to be hoisted by Alliance Francoise de Trivandrum at the Vyloppilly Samskrithi Bhavan in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala on January 13, 2012 from 6.30 pm onwards.

Monsieur Untel is a poet and guitar player from Paris apart from being a noted video-artist and an actor. This event will present Monsieur Untel’s songs and compositions for the first time in India in this special concert along with his friend Walid Walead, the singer and percussionist.

Monsieur Untel represents the new generation of French musicians who tries to give a different perspective to the ordinary things in the world. His songs are satirical expressions of the modern world and its ways, which he equates to the animal world, falling in love, playing chess, cosmonauts, taking baths and eating invisible flowers. The concert is also a combination of audio and video elements.
