The 64th Singapore Cricket Club International Rugby 7s (‘SCC 7s’) tournament is going to be held at Central Business District (CBD) in the Padang, Singapore from Nov 4–6, 2011 after 8 am.
It is one of the oldest organized sporting events in Singapore and the oldest 7s tournament in South East Asia. The tournament is widely recognized as one of the highest standard international rugby 7’s tournaments outside of the International Rugby Board’s world 7’s circuit.
