Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi’s Central University, organizes a three-day national seminar for research scholars on 'Understanding Pakistan' from Oct. 18–20, 2011.
The objectives of the national seminar are to bring young research scholars throughout India on a single platform to share their understanding of Pakistan and to encourage new and different perspectives.
Mr. MJ Akbar, Editorial Director, India Today and Headlines Today will deliver Keynote Address in the Seminar. Prof. Mohammad Waseem, Lahore University of Management Sciences, Lahore, Pakistan will deliver a Special Address on 'State and Society in Pakistan'. The session will be Chaired by Mr. Najeeb Jung, Vice Chancellor, Jamia Millia Islamia.
