A Pune based amateur astronomers' club, Akashmitra, has organized a two-day workshop on astronomy on October 22 and 23, 2011. The topics to be covered include introduction to telescope, eclipses and occulations, coordinate system and many more.
The workshop is for students above Standard VIII. The workshop will be held at the National Institute of Opthalmology, off Ghole Road.
