EDP has been operational for seven years, employing 50 people in the area of information management. Its revenue for 2012 was $6.5 million. It will operate as a separate company in the US becoming a direct subsidiary of Saksoft US, and a ‘step down’ subsidiary of Saksoft Ltd.
Saksoft is investing in sales, marketing and delivery capabilities for the US market, and EDP will be an additional channel for client acquisition and account management.
