Academy award wining actress Halle Berry former lover French model Gabriel Aubry was arrested on November 22 after getting into a brutal fight with actor Olivier Martinez, who is engaged to The Monster's Ball actress. Halle (46) and Gabriel (36) split in 2010 after dating for four years and have a 4-year-old daughter Nahla together.
The incident occurred when Gabriel Aubry came to dropped Nahla at Halle's house in Los Angeles on Thanksgiving morning. A judge has issued an emergency protective order against Aubry to stay 100 yards away from Halle, Olivier and Nahla.
Both Aubry and Halle are currently in a bitter custody battle over their daughter.
