The pair, who are believed to have gotten engaged last year, were spotted picking up their wedding license together at the Beverly Hills City marriage license office.
Jamie Bell and Evan Rachel Wood began dating back in 2005 and were together for a year before they decided to split in 2006. However, the couple reconciled their differences and started up their romance again last year.
