Hulk Hogan Sues Heather Clem, Bubba the Love Sponge Over Sex Tape

The WWE legend, Hulk Hogan filed two civil lawsuits in Tampa, Florida, in connection to the release of his sex tape that leaked on the internet earlier this month, and was allegedly done without his knowledge or consent.

The first lawsuit is against Heather Clem aka Heather Cole and her ex-husband, Bubba the Love Sponge Clem aka Todd Alan Clem, alleging claims of invasion of privacy, public disclosure of private facts, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress and violation of the Florida statute prohibiting the taping of another person without their knowledge.

The second lawsuit is against Gawker Media, which posted excerpts of the video on their website and refused to remove them after Hogan's legal counsel sent a cease and desist demand for their removal and destruction.
