iPhone 5 to Reach India by December; Priced at Rs 45,000

Apple’s latest baby, the iPhone 5 will hit Indian market only in December of 2012 and will be priced at Rs 45,000. Apple has decided to discontinue the sale of iPhone 3Gs and now iPhone 4 will be its entry level phone.

iPhone 5 was showcased, along with a slew of other iOS devices, at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco on Sept. 12, 2012.

The new version of the iPhone will support an 4G LTE chipset and sport a bigger, refreshed 4-inch display.
