2012 MTV Movie Awards to be Held at LA's Gibson Amphitheatre on June 3

The 21st annual MTV Movie Awards will be held at Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California on June 3, 2012. British comedian Russell Brand has been picked to host this year's MTV Movie Awards.

Mila Kunis, Kristen Stewart, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Wahlberg, Emma Stone and Charlize Theron have been announced as presenters at this year's MTV Movie Awards.

The Hunger Games and Bridesmaids lead the nominations charts at the 2012 MTV Movies Awards with eight nods apiece. A number of new categories will feature at this year's event including Best On-Screen Dirtbag and current US Indie-pop sensations Fun. will be performing their hit single ‘We are Young’.

The telecast will be aired across MTV's global network of more than 60 channels reaching to more than 600 million households around the world. Voting for the accolades takes place at MovieAwards.MTV.com until June 2.
