Two-time Grammy Nominated American Heavy Metal Band `Lamb of God' is set to perform at the `Nokia Alive Concert’ in Bangalore on May 26, 2012 from 4 pm onwards. This is a natural extension of Nokia's strategy of connecting with the youth in India through music.
Lamb of God, who hail from Richmond, Virginia, are currently the largest selling International band on the planet. A favorite amongst fans and critics alike, the band was formed back in 1994, and has released six studio albums so far. Their latest album `Resolution` debuted at No.3 on the Billboards and went on to become No.1 in the US, No. 2 in UK and No.1 in Worldwide Rock Charts.
India, which is known to have a rapidly burgeoning metal following, will see the band perform again at this concert. Their first-ever show in India saw a fan-following of over 8000 people. India is estimated to have over 110,000 fans as per Facebook statistics of the band.
Early Bird Price for the show is Rs 1,250.
