'Eagles' First Concert in Dubai on April 12

California-based American rock band “Eagles” is ready to enthrall audiences with a live performance in Dubai on April 12, 2012. The Six-time Grammy winner will perform for the first time in the Middle East in their 40 year career.

Sponsored by Hard Rock Café (HRC), the Eagles will perform at the Seven Stadium in Dubai. A lucky draw contest has been organized at all the HRC outlets globally from March 1–21 where the winner will get free couple VIP passes for the concert and a chance to attend the opening party on April 11 at HRC Dubai.

Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Joe Walsh and Timothy B Schmit will perform a two-hour concert featuring classic hits such as ‘Hotel California,’ ‘Desperado,’ ‘Life in the Fast Lane,’ ‘Take It Easy,’ ‘One Of These Nights,’ ‘Heartache Tonight’ and ‘Take It To The Limit.’ Fans will also be treated to solo hits from band members such as ‘Boys of Summer,’ ‘Life’s Been Good,’ ‘Dirty Laundry’ and ‘Rocky Mountain Way.’

One of the oldest rock bands in the world, Eagles have sold more than 120 million albums worldwide. They are the fifth-highest-selling music act and the highest-selling American band in US history. Their success continued with the release of Hotel California, which would go on to sell over 16 million copies in the US alone. The Eagles were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1998.
