Brahmins Launch Matrimonial Website to Facilitate Weddings

The All India Brahmin Maha Sabha (AIBMS) has launched a website (www.brahmantoday.co.in) to facilitate marriages among its members.

Rakesh Sharma, general secretary of AIBMS said: "These days Brahmins with limited means are finding it difficult to find the right matches for their sons and daughters.”

"A significantly large number of our young are highly educated and well placed but for want of a suitable all India platform, parents are not able to zero in on the right choices."

He feels that the site will help bring young Brahmin men and women together through "Parichay Sammelans, directories and periodic mass marriages."
