Wipro Technologies unveiled a cloud-based IT solution to help enterprises transform their human resources (HR) processes on the Oracle middleware platform on Monday, Jan. 23, 2012.
The IT bellwether will offer the product "Wipro SprintHR" to enterprises as a SaaS (software as a service) model on demand, using the Oracle fusion human capital management application to reduce cost and deployment timelines.
The product not only helps enterprises deploy a comprehensive human capital management (HCM) system, but also provides the latest features and functionalities of Oracle application with low risk and flexible options.
The HR processes include talent management, benefit management and core human resources administration.
