Sundance Film Festival 2012 in Utah From Jan. 19–29

The 2012 Sundance Film Festival is set to take place from January 19–29, 2012 in Park City, Utah, United States. American actress/writer Parker Posey will host the Sundance Film Festival Awards Ceremony on January 28 at 7 pm MT at the Basin Recreation Field House in Park City, which will be live-streamed at www.sundance.org/festival.

The 22 members of the six juries awarding prizes at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival were also announced. This year's jury includes Shari Berman, Scott Burns, Charles Ferguson, Nick Fraser, Mike Judge, Justin Lin and Anthony Mackie. Awards for short films will also be announced at a separate ceremony on January 24 at Park City’s Jupiter Bowl.

Sundance Film Festival selects 200 films for exhibition from more than 9,000 submissions each year. Over 50,000 people attend screenings in Park City, Salt Lake City, Ogden, and Sundance, Utah.
