Spanish Carnival Begins at Mumbai’s Frangipani

Frangipani — located at Trident, Nariman Point, Mumbai — welcomes back Chef Jordi Gimeno to host a Spanish Carnival from 12.30 pm onwards till Jan. 20, 2012 offering regional delicacies from across the country.

Barcelona native Chef Jordi will prepare indigenous Spanish classics and regale palates with a selection of assorted Tapas and Pinchos, Valecian favourite, Fideua, a noodle specialty, served with Allioli sauce and varied Mar I Muntanyas, variety of preparations made with Seafood and meat.

Savour Catalan Beans with Pumpkin, Sweetbread of Lamb with Pistachio and Black Olives, Tuna Casserole, and a variety of Paellas with Lobster, Black Rice and Serrano Ham, with a new flavour every day. Dessert specialties will include regional favourites such as Catalan Crème Brulee, Spanish Tartin from the Canary Islands, Santiago Tart from Galicia and Sweet Tart from the south of Spain.

Timings:

Lunch: 12.30 pm–3.30 pm
Dinner: 7.30 pm–11.30 pm
