Rihanna, Coldplay, Adele to Perform at 2012 Brit Awards on Feb. 21

Barbadian Singer Rihanna is all set to perform at the 32nd annual BRIT Awards in London on Feb. 21, 2012. Rihanna will be joined by fellow Brit Award nominees Adele, Bruno Mars and Coldplay. The annual BRIT Awards honor the best popular music coming out of the UK.

Adele, Coldplay, Florence and the Machine and Jessie J were among the British artists to earn multiple 2012 BRIT Award nominations, which were announced on Jan. 12, 2012.

Adele is up for Best British Album of the Year for 21, as well as Best British Female Solo Artist and Best British Single of the Year for "Someone Like You." Coldplay's Mylo Xyloto is also nominated in the best album category, and the band is in the running for Best British Group.

Noel Gallagher, James Blake, Jessie J, Anna Calvi, Elbow, Arctic Monkeys and Kasabian are also nominated in various categories. Britpop heroes Blur will be honored with a lifetime achievement award.

Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Bruno Mars, Bon Iver, Fleet Foxes, Foo Fighters and Maroon 5 are nominated in the international categories.
